Apocalyptia Rust – Terms of Service

1. Voluntary Contributions & Digital Perks

By submitting a payment through this website, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary contribution to support the operation, development, and maintenance of the Apocalyptia Rust server network.

In appreciation of your support, we may grant optional digital in-game perks, such as ranks, permissions, or virtual items.

These perks:

- Are digital-only content

- Have no real-world monetary value

- Grant no ownership or entitlement

- Are provided at our discretion

- No physical goods or real-world services are provided.

2. Digital Delivery via Crafting Store

All in-game perks are delivered automatically and digitally through Crafting Store to the Steam account linked at checkout.

Delivery is typically completed immediately after payment and is considered fulfilled upon successful activation on the specified account.

All deliveries, timestamps, and account associations are logged by Crafting Store.

3. In-Game Perks & Modifications

All perks and virtual items:

- Are non-transferable

- Are bound to a single Steam account

- May be modified, limited, suspended, or removed at any time

- May change due to balance adjustments, bug fixes, wipes, or server updates

Perks are not guaranteed to remain unchanged, and changes do not entitle contributors to refunds or compensation.

4. No Refund Policy

All contributions are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law once digital perks have been delivered.

Because digital perks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are considered consumed upon delivery.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Server downtime, wipes, or restarts

- Changes to perks or gameplay balance

- Loss of interest or reduced usage

- Account suspension or bans resulting from rule violations

- User error when selecting a package or entering account details

5. Account Responsibility

It is the contributor’s responsibility to ensure that the correct Steam account is linked at checkout.

Once perks are delivered to the specified account, the transaction is considered complete and fulfilled, even if the account entered was incorrect due to user error.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

All transactions and digital deliveries are recorded and monitored through Crafting Store.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after digital perks have been delivered is considered a breach of these Terms of Service.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

- We will respond using Crafting Store delivery logs and server records.

- Granted perks may be revoked without compensation.

- Access to Apocalyptia Rust servers may be restricted or permanently revoked.

We reserve the right to take reasonable action to protect the server and community from misuse of payment systems.

7. Server Availability Disclaimer

Apocalyptia Rust is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or permanent availability.

Server wipes, updates, maintenance, or permanent shutdown may occur at any time without notice and do not entitle contributors to refunds.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a payment through this website, you confirm that:

- You are authorized to use the selected payment method

- You understand you are receiving digital in-game perks only

- You have read and agreed to these Terms of Service at checkout

- You understand that all delivered digital perks are non-refundable

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia and New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
